For over 200 years, West Chester has been a beloved home to so many who have passed by ... and chose to remain. There lives and hard work are reflected in the quiet, unspoken strength of this historic county seat - and most important - in the hearts of its people.

This magnificent new painting by renowned watercolorist Richard Bollinger, created in honor of West Chester's 200th Birthday Celebration, is a tribute to those who helped build this town ... and those who will shape its future. Both known and unknown, every person is important to the new century ahead.

Three decades ago, Bollinger began his painting career near West Chester. Since then, his love for the borough and its rich history and beautiful architecture has led him to set many of his paintings here. Today, his gift for capturing the best of our history has preserved the Bankers' Row block across from our Courthouse, quietly reflected in the window of First National Bank.

This edition was printed on the finest quality 100% acid free paper. Each print has been personally inspected, signed and numbered by the artist.
